How to Enroll in Online Banking
Enrolling in Online Banking is easy! Our Online Banking service allows you to bank securely and effortlessly across your computer, tablet or mobile device.
Our Online Banking services provide you with the flexibility to stay on top of your finances and manage your accounts with up-do-date information.
Enrolling in Online Banking is as easy as 1-2-3
Before enrolling in Online Banking you must have an active TotalBank account. After opening an account, you will receive a confirmation email. We will email you when your account is open and funded.

Once your TotalBank account has been opened and funded (is active), please select Not Enrolled? Enroll Now Under the Access Your Account section found in the top right corner of the homepage.
Step 2
Once you're in the Online Banking Registration Form, please fill out the information. Once all of the information has been filled out, please read and accept the Terms & Conditions of Service. After, click on Complete Sign Up.
Step 3
Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled in online banking. Return to the homepage, click on Login using the username and password you created.

How do I enroll in online banking?
Click on “ Not Enrolled? Enroll now” under the Access Your Account section found in the top right corner of the homepage.
What will I need to enroll?
• TotalBank active account
• Social Security number
• Access to your email
• Your current telephone number
How do I access my online account?
To login to your account, click on the ‘Login’ button on the top right hand corner of the homepage. You will be asked to enter the username and password you created at the time of registration.
If you are having issues with username or password, click on the ‘I can’t access my account’ link located underneath the login button. You will be prompted to enter your telephone number that you provided at the time of registration, and your username. We will then send you a temporary password for you to login.
If you cannot remember your username, click on the ‘I forgot my username’ link located underneath the ‘Send me my password’ button. You will be prompted to enter the email address you provided at the time of registration. Once you click send, your username will be sent via email to the email address on file.
